Amendments in Appendix 19-A- Subtitled "Form of Application for Registration cum Membership(RCMC) with Export Promotion Councils" - DGFT - 25 /2007Extract Amendments in Appendix 19-A- Subtitled "Form of Application for Registration cum Membership(RCMC) with Export Promotion Councils" PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 25/2007 Dated 23/07/2007 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Appendix 19-A - Subtitled 'Form of Application for Registration Cum Membership (RCMC) with Export Promotion Councils' - 1. "Sl. No. 2 of Documents to be enclosed with the application form, 'A certificate from the bank in support of the applicant's financial soundness' stands deleted." This issues in Public interest.
