Amendments in Hand Book of Procedure (Vol.I) - DGFT - 38 /2007Extract Amendments in Hand Book of Procedure (Vol.I) PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 38/2007 Dated 24/08/2007 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I : Serial No. 3 of Documents to be submitted along with ANF 3D Focus Market Scheme (FMS) Applications (for exports w.e.f 1.4.2007 shall be amended to read as under:- "As a proof of landing of export consignment in specified market, (i) a self attested copy of import bill of entry filed by importer in specified market or (ii) delivery order issued by port authorities or (iii) arrival notice issued by goods carrier or (iv) tracking report from the goods carrier, evidencing arrival of export cargo to destination Focus Market."
