PUBLIC NOTICE No. 5 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI : DATED : 17 th April, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I : 1. Export of Skimmed Milk Product (SMP), Casein and any other Milk Product shall not be entitled for the benefit of VKGUY Scheme and Focus Market scheme with immediate effect.
