NIL per MT, supplied by Domestic Oil Companies to EOU/SEZ units) PUBLIC NOTICE NO 70 (RE-2008)/2004-09 Dated: August 29, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes following correction in Public Notice No. 57 (RE-2008)/ 2004-09 dated 01.08.2008 :- The words " to EOU/SEZ Units" and Chapter "7" appearing in 5th and 6th line may be treated as deleted ab-initio. 2.
