Amendment in Appendix 37A - LIST OF EXPORT ITEMS ALLOWED UNDER VISHESH KRISHI AND GRAM UDYOG YOJANA (VKGUY) PUBLIC NOTICE NO 83 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 Dated: September 18, 2008 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I RE2008. 1. In Table 13 of Appendix 37A of the HBP v1, the following is added after VKGUY entry 13.14. Table 13. - Flower, Fruit Vegetables Note: For exports made w.e.f 1.4.2008, the following products shall be entitled for an additional duty credit scrip of 2.5%, over and above the normal VKGUY entitlement.
