DGFT deletes Para 4.8 related to 'financial powers' and amends 'Application Form' under EPCG Scheme PUBLIC NOTICE NO 99 (RE 2008)/2004-2009 Dated: October 30, 2008 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures, vol. 1, 2004-09 (RE-2008) . 1. Paragraph 4.8 related to "Financial Powers" and Paragraph 5.3 stands deleted. 2. Paragraph 5.2 related to "Application Form" under EPCG Scheme stands amended as follows: "An application for grant of an authorisation may be made to RA concerned in ANF 5A along with documents prescribed therein."
