Restoration of old Service-wise Accounting Code opening of new Accounting Codes is reproduced blow for an information, guidelines and necessary action. Existing Minor Head 224-All Taxable Services has been deleted and new Minor Head 225-Other Taxable Services has been inserted. Further, a new sub-Heads Penalties has been inserted in each Minor Head under Major Head 0044-Service Tax . 2. Accordingly, accounting Codes have been allotted by the O/o the controller General of Accounts for new Minor Head 225-Other Taxable Services and new Sub-Heads Penalties under each Minor Head under Major Head 0044-Service tax. Details of the accounting code are enclosed as Appendix. 3. All the Trade Associations chambers of commerece and members of the regional Advisory committee/Public Grivance Committee of this formation, are requested to circulate and publicize the contents of this Trade Notice amongst their member constituents. 4.
