AND LUXURY TAX L N BLOCK : VIKAS BHAWAN : IP ESTATE : NEW DELHI F1/(142)/Ex/Permit/2013-14/2701-2703 Dated 14/09/2015 CIRCULAR State Bank of India, as a policy decision of Ministry of finance Govt. of India, vide their circular no NBG/BOD-GB/39/2015-16 dated August 31, 2015,has decided to observe public holidays for Banks on every 2 nd 4 th Saturday of every month and full working day on other Saturdays TCS vide their letter dated 10-09-2015 has requested to implement above provisions in ESCIMS to restrict users to generate challans on 2 nd 4 th Saturdays.
