GNCT OF DELHI DEPARTMENT OF TRADE TAXES (ENFORCEMENT-II BRANCH) No. F1/VATO/Enf-II/Godown Sealing/2013-14/410-414 Dated 06/11/2013 ORDER U/R 41 (3)(a) of DVAT Rules, 2005 WHEREAS 5(Five) Godowns Numbered A, B, C, D(L), D(R) at Khasra No 251-252, Holambi Khurd, Delhi-110082 containing Supari was surveyed and sealed on 26/02/2013 by the Department to recover taxes and penalty due under the provisions of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 . Whereas, consequent upon the survey and sealing, a public notice was issued calling upon the claimants to claim the goods stored in the with all the supporting documents. Despite the best of the efforts, the Department is unable to find the bonafide owner of the goods stored in the sealed godown. Whereas, the goods stored in the sealed godowns are perishable in nature, therefore there is no other option left with the Department to realise the due government revenue under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 than to sale it by way of public auction. Therefore, I, Kunal, lAS, Additional Commissioner, Trade Taxes Deptt, in the exercise of the powers delegated vide Notification No F2(7)/DVAT/LSC/2005-06/742-745 dated 05/11/2013 under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 and Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 , and in the interest of revenue, hereby, order the sale of the goods stored in the 5 sealed godown numbered A, B, C, D(L), D(R) situated in Kh No 251-252, Holambi Khurd, Delhi-110082 by way of public auction to realise the government revenue due under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 KUNAL, IAS ADDITIONAL COMMISSIONER
