Public Notice No. 2/99 Dated 24/02/1999 In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sub-section (b) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), I, K. Parasuraman, Commissioner of Central Excise, Madurai hereby specify the limits of the Customs Area in respect of the Inland Container Depot at Madurai as under: - All piece and parcel of land of CONCOR complex together with shed and office building bearing Survey Nos. 98, 100, 102, 110, 112 of Thathaneri Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District measuring Eight Acres and situated in Koodal Nagar, Thathaneri Village, Madurai and bounded on North by : Railway Broad Gauge Line for Madurai Dindigul. South by : Survey No. 100(p), 101, 102(p), 110(p) Thathaneri Village and owned by Southern Railways, Madurai Division. East by : Survey No. 96 and 102(p) of Thathaneri Village and owned by Southern Railways, Madurai Division. West by : Survey No. 113 of Thathaneri Village and owned by Southern Railways, Madurai Division wherein the approach road to I.C.D. Madurai falls.
