DEPB Rates as applicable before 5-11-2008 restored PUBLIC NOTICE NO.124(RE-2008) /2004-2009 DATED THE 3 January, 2009 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures, (Vol. 1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the "Schedule of DEPB Rates". 1. Amendments made in DEPB Rates vide Public Notice No. 102 dated 05.11.2008 in respect of products where DEPB rates were reduced, hereby stand withdrawn w.e.f. 5.11.2008 itself, thereby restoring the DEPB Rates notified prior to 5.11.2008, for the said items.
