GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF TAXES EXCISE PANDIT NEHRU COMPLEX, GURKHABASTI AGARTALA No.F.1-11(103)-TAX/GST/2017/8136-52 Dated, Agartala, the 13 th September, 2017 ORDER In order to carry out Audit by tax authorities u/s 65 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 a Audit Cell is hereby set up at the office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Pandit Nehru Complex, Gurkhabasti, Agartala. This is in supersession of all earlier Office Orders/Memorandums, etc. issued in respect of setting up of Audit Cell under TVAT Act, 2004. This order shall take immediate effect and is issued with the concurrence of the State Government, Tripura vide U.O.No.1181/MIN/FIN/17 dated 04.08.2017. (Dr. B.
