GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF TAXES EXCISE PANDIT NEHRU COMPLEX, GURKHABASTI AGARTALA No.F.1-11(103)-TAX/GST/2017/8240-57 Dated, Agartala, the 13 th September, 2017 ORDER The Audit Cell set up vide Order No. F.1-11(103)-TAX/GST/2017/8153-69 dated 13/09/2017 to carry out audit by the tax authorities u/ s 65 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall also carry out tax audit u/s 28 of the TVAT Act, 2004. This is in supersession of all earlier Office Orders/ Memorandums, etc. issued in respect of setting up of Audit Cell under the TVAT Act, 2004. This order shall take immediate effect and is issued with the concurrence of the State Government, Tripura vide U.O.No. 1181 MIN/FIN/17 dated 04.08.2017. (Dr. B.
