MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) ORDER New Delhi, the 23rd October, 2009 S.O. 2681 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) vide Notification No. S.O. 1544(E), dated 25th June, 2009, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
