No. 609/43/2017-DBK , (ii) Notification No. 88/2017- Customs (N.T.) dated 21.09.2017 issued from F. No. 609/75/2017-DBK, (iii) Circular No. 23/2017- Customs dated 30.06.2017 issued from F. No. 609/46/2017- DBK and (iv) Circular No. 38/2017- Customs dated 22.09.2017 issued from F. No. 609/76/2017-DBK and this office Public Notice No.17/2017 dated 1.08.2017 issued from C. No. VIII/09/01/2017-Cus. Tech., and Public Notice No.33/2017-Cus., dated 25.09.2017 issued from C. No. VIII/09/01/2017-Cus. Tech. on Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 2017 and its allied matters. 2. DRAWBACK CELL : As a measure of support for the exporters in filing their applications for duty drawback under Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 2017 with the jurisdictional Customs Officer, a Drawback Cell consisting of the following officers is constituted at Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Vijayawada: Sl.
