Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers, Importers, Members of the Trade and other stake holders is invited to Government of India s Notification No. 95/2018-Cus (N.T.) dated 06.12.2018, Board s Circular No. 52/2018-Customs dated 12.12.2018 issued vide file F. No. 609/65/2018-DBK and this office Public Notice No. 33/2018 dated 27.12.2018. 2. Further, attention is invited to Government of India s Notification No. 12/2019- Customs (N.T.) dated 16.02.2019 and Board Circular No. 5/2019-Customs dated 20.02.2019 issued vide file F.No. 609/4/2019-DBK on the above subject. 3. Considering various representations on issues arising from the revised All Industry Rates (AIRS) of Duty Drawback implemented vide notification No. 95/2018-Cus (N.T.) dated 06.12.2018 that came into effect from 19.12.2018, Government has made certain amendments in the AIRs of Duty Drawback vide Notification No. 12/2019-Customs (N.T.) dated 16.02.2019. These changes are effective from 20.02.2019. The said notification may be downloaded from ww.cbic.gov.in and perused. Copy of Board s Circular No. 5/2019- Customs dated 20.02.2019 is enclosed herewith for information. 4.
