CCE No. 57/4/Insp./87 Dated. 16-3-1990 Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) New Delhi Subject : Discontinuance of statements/reports/returns by Customs Central Excise formations Central Board of Excise Customs by its D.O. F. No. 296/11/90-CX.9, dated March, 15, 1990 has ordered, after review, that the reports and returns detailed in enclosed list (except the one at Sl. No. 6) be discontinued with immediate effect. In other words, 13 Technical Statements/returns from Central Excise formations, 16 Statements/returns from Custom Houses and 4 Statements/returns from Establishment, Administration, Accounts and Vigilance Wing of Collectorates and Custom Houses are to be discontinued with immediate effect.
