Attention of the Trade is Invited to Central Board of Indirect Taxes Customs (CBIC), New Delhi s Notification no. 31/2018-central Tax dated 06.08.2018 Issued vide F.No. 349/58/2017-GST(Pt.). The said Notification is available on CBEC website i.e. www.cbec.gov.in which may be referred for further details, A special procedure is devised In the sold Notification for registration of such taxpayers who did not file the complete FORM GST REG-26, but received only a Provisional identification Number (PID) till 31.12.2017, The taxpayers should furnish details as mentioned in the Table referred In para 2(1) of the sold Notification to the Jurisdictional Nodal Officer of the Central Government or State Government on or before 31.08.2018. In terms of Para 2(1) of the said Notification, a Nodal Officer has been appointed for Central GST, Pune-I Commissionerate to whom the assessee can lodge their Registration/Migration grievance.
