Sub: E - Payment of Service Tax; E - Filing of Service Tax ST-3 Returns - Regarding. Attention of the Service Tax assessees registered with Hyderabad IV Commissionerate is invited to Notification No.01/2010-Service Tax dated 19.2.2010 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi. 2. Attention of the trade is also invited to this office Trade Notice No.03/2009 (C.EX) dated 10.9.2009. 3. All the assessees who have paid Service Tax of rupees ten lakh or more including the amount paid by utilization of CENVAT Credit in the preceding financial year are required to deposit the Service Tax electronically through internet banking (e-payment through EASIEST) with effect from 1 st April, 2010. 4. It is also informed that, those assessees who have paid Service Tax of rupees ten lakh or more including the amount paid by utilization of CENVAT Credit in the preceding financial year are required to file their returns electronically through ACES with effect from 1 st April 2010. Manual returns will not be accepted in respect of such assesses with effect from 1 st April 2010 5. Members of the trade and assessees requiring assistance for obtaining tpins, depositing duty through EASIEST or filing returns through ACES may contact this Commissionerate ACES facilitation counter (040-24758800) or send their requests through email to [email protected] / [email protected]. For ACES related issues, assesses may also call ACES national toll free number 1800 425 4251 on any working day between 9 AM to 7 PM or send their email requests to [email protected]. 6.
