Public Notice No. 15/2019 Subject: Amendment to Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 Attention of all MLOs (Main Line Operator), Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and other stakeholders is invited to this Office Public Notice No.102/2018 dated 2nd November, 2018 wherein it was said that The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 shall come into effect from 1st March, 2019 in terms of the amendment of the said Regulations vide CBIC Notification No. 88/20180stoms (N.T) dated 31.10.2018. 2.
