No. S60 (Misc)-152/2019 A (G) Dated: 16.07.2019 Public Notice No. 61/2019 Subject: Procedure in respect of 24x7 Direct Port Delivery (DPD)/Direct Port Entry (DPE) by Rail movements between NSD Balmer Lawrie CFS. Attention of all concerned is drawn to earlier Public Notice No. 04/2019 dated 04.01.2019 on the subject cited above. 2. Below Para- 11 of the said Public Notice No. 04/2019 dated 04.01.2019 following Para is added. 11 (a). Removal of containers to Balmer Lawrie CFS by Rail within 48 hours of landing is also allowed in specific cases on the basis of request(s) of eligible Importer(s) to that effect or Agreement entered into by them with Balmer Lawrie CFS subject to condition that Out of Charge should be taken within 48 hours (extendable to maximum 72 hours) from entry inwards. 11 (b). M/S. Balmer Lawrie CFS shall submit a monthly report in prescribed proforma set out as Annexure- A. 3. Public Notice No. 04/2019 dated 04.01.2019 is modified to this extent only.
