Kind attention of the exporters, custom brokers and all other stakeholders is invited to the Circulars No. 29/2018-Customs dated 30.08.2018 43/2018-Customs, dated 08.11.2018 on subject Implementation Of paperless processing under SWIFT - Uploading Of supporting documents (e-SANCHT) in exports issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) Public Notice No. 149/2018 dated 27.11.2018 issued there to by Commissioner of Customs (Gen.), New Custom House, Mumbai, wherein it has been decided to extend the facility of uploading digitally signed document on eSANCHT to all ICES locations on PAN India basis for all types of exports under ICES on a voluntary basis. Now, as per the instructions issued vide F. No. 450/ 148/2015-Cus IV dated 19.12,2018, Board has decided to implement this facility on mandatory basis from 1 st January, 2019. 2. Members of the trade are hereby informed accordingly to use this facility to upload the supporting documents concerning shipping bills filed w.e.f, 1 st January, 2019. 3. The procedure for uploading supporting documents in exports is similar to the one prescribed for eSANCHIT vide Public Notice No. 149/2018 dated 27.11.2018. 4. As the uploading of the documents on eSANCHIT is mandatory w.e.f. 01.01.2019, members of trade / exporters / customs brokers are advised to use this facility for all their export clearances as it reduces cost and expedites export clearances. 5. The contents of this Public Notice shall operate as a Standing Order so far as officers and staff of ICD, Mulund (Export) are concerned. 6.
