Kind attention of all Steamer Agents, importers, Customs Brokers, Consol Agents is invited to this office Public Notice No. 46/2018 dated 31.10.2018 wherein it was circulated that The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 shall come into effect from 1st March, 2019 in terms of the amendment of the said Regulations vide Board s Notification No. 88/2018-Customs (N.T.) dated 30.10.2018. 2.
