Attention of die Exporters, Customs Brokers, Steamer Agents, Liners/ Main Operators and the members Of Trade is invited to the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) Circular No: 08/2019-Cus dated 26.02.2019 on the above mentioned subject. 2. Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIO has received references in relation to different issues concerning coastal movement such us movement of coastal goods through foreign territory, use of EXIM containers for carrying coastal goods, use of local or domesticated containers for transportation of EXIM ergo. The issues have been examined by the Board and after careful consideration, a decision has been taken on subject matter and the same has been detailed in the CBIC Circular No: 08/2019-Customs dated 26.02.2019 (issued vide file F.NO. 450/146/201B-Cus. IV). The COPY Of the above cited CBIC Circular is enclosed herewith for information. 3.
