Date: 24.01.2019 ORDER Sub:-Extension of Custodianship of M/S SICAL Multimodal and Rail Transport Limited (SMART) Container Freight Station (CFS) Visakhapatnam under section 45(1) of Customs Act, 1962- regarding. The Principal Commissioner of Customs is pleased to grant extension of Custodianship of M/S SICAL Multimodal and Rail Transport Limited (SMART) Container Freight Station (CFS) Visakhapatnam for a period of 10 years, from 25.01.2019 i.e. valid up to 24.01.2029, subject to compliance of the regulations under the Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009 as amended and the instructions/ guidelines issued by the Board/ Custom House from time to time.
