Attention of Importers/CHA is drawn to the Public Notice. 36/2009 dated 27.03.2009 wherein it was informed that RMS is extended to cargo covered by the import declarations under various export promotion schemes w.e.f. 30th March 2009. In this regard the following additions/correction in the said Public Notice may be noted: (i) In addition to the Export Promotion schemes at Paragraph 1, after S.No. (xiii), the following schemes may also be included: (xiv) Target Plus Scheme; (xv) Import of gold and platinum under scheme for exports against supply by nominated agencies. (ii) At Paragraph 1, at S.No. (iii) Export Promotion Credit Guarantee (EPCG) Scheme may be read as Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme . (SANDEEP M.
