Attention of all the Importers, Customs Brokers and all the concerned stakeholders is invited to late filing charges levied on filing of Bills of Entry on account of Holi Festival celebrated on 10.03.2020. 2. Holiday on account of Holi Festival was not updated in the customs. system, due to which the late filing charges were levied in cases wherein the material / goods have landed on 09.03.2020 and Bills of Entry have been filed on 11.03.2020. 3. As a measure of trade facilitation, it has been decided that for the consignments where IGM was filed on 09.03.2020 and Bills of Entry were filed on 10.03.2020, there will be no charge on late presentation of Bills of Entry. 4. Difficulties, if any, may be brought to the notice of the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Technical), ACC Import, New Customs House, New Delhi.
