GRFL) as custodian of export and import goods at Inland Container Depot, Garhi Harsaru-reg. 2. Renewal of Public Notice No. 07/2019 dated 05.03.2019 allowing import/export of goods under various Export Promotion schemes at ICD-Sonepat-reg. 3. Manner of submission and disposal of request for Amendments and waiver of Late Fee Charges in the Bills of Entry through e-mail procedure as facilitation during outbreak of COVID-19-reg. Attention of the importers, exporters, Customs Brokers and all other stakeholders is invited to the above cited subject. 2. In view of the ongoing lockdown due to outbreak of Corona pandemic resulting in delay in receipt of relevant documents pertaining to the request of M/s Gateway Rail Freight Limited (M/s GRFL) for extension of custodianship of ICD-Garhi Harsaru, the permission granted vide Notification No. 01/2015 dated 28.05.2015 as custodian of goods at ICD-Garhi Harsaru is hereby extended upto 30.06.2020. 3. Similarly, M/s International Cargo Terminals Rail Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., custodian of ICD-Sonepat have requested for renewal of Public Notice No. 07/2019 dated 05.03.2019 vide which import/export of goods under various Export Promotion schemes at ICD-Sonepat has been allowed. In view of the ongoing Corona crisis, the validity of Public Notice No. 07/2019 dated 05.03.2019 is hereby extended up to 30.06.2020. 4. With respect of issue at Subject Sl. No. 3, it is directed that all requests of importers for substitution of Bill of Entry under Section 46(5) of the Customs Act, 1962, received till 14.04.2020 through e-mail or otherwise, shall be examined by the port DC/AC and shall be permitted instantly subject to post facto approval by the proper officer. A register of such requests shall be maintained by the concerned group for the purpose of record. 5. A copy of the request shall be endorsed by the trade to the undersigned on email id [email protected], who shall monitor the disposal of such requests. In case of any difficulty, the issue may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. 6. Action to be taken in terms of decisions taken in this Public Notice will be considered as Standing Order for the purpose of officers/staff. 7.
