Attention of the importers, Custom Brokers. Bonded Warehouse licensees, members of the trade and all other stake holders is invited to CBIC Circular No. 10/2020 Customs dated 07.02.2020 and Public Notice No. 102020 dated 25.022020 issued by office on the captioned subject. The said Public Notice was made effective from in terms said Board Circular. 2. Now, vide Circular No. 20/2020-Customs dated Board has decided to defer the implementation of Circular No. dated 07.02.2()20 till 30.06.2020. Accordingly, para (6) of the said Public Notice No. 10/2020 dated is being amended as under: Existing paca: The above procedure shall come into force With effect from 15.03.2020. Amended para: The above procedure shall come into force with effect from 01.07.2020. 3. Other contents of Public Notice No. 10/2020 dated 25.02.2020 remain unchanged. Public Notice No. 10/2020 dated 25.02.2020 stands amended to this extent. 4. All trade associations/members of Customs Brokers Association are requested to take note and publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents. 5. For the departmental officers, this may be treated as Standing Order. 6. Difficulties, if any, may be brought to the notice of Additional Commissioner of Customs (Technical), ACC Import, New Customs House. New Delhi.
