No. CUS/AG/PN/27/2022-AM-O/O COMMR-CUS-IMPORT Date: 23-12-2022 FACILITY NOTICE No. 27/2022 Sub : Waiver of Late filing charges for late filing of Bill of Entry due to continuous planed Maintenance activity in ICEGATE system from 16.12.2022 to 18.12.2022 -reg Attention of all Importers/ Exporters, Custom Brokers, CFS custodians, Trade and all other stake holders under the jurisdiction of Chennai -II (Import) Customs Commissionerate are invited towards the ICEGATE flash Message dated 16.12.2022 regarding planned continuous Maintenance activity in ICEGATE system from 2200 Hours on 16.12.2022 to 0730 Hours on 18.12.2022. 2. In order to the address the situation mentioned above and as a measure of trade facilitation, it has been decided that late fees imposed is hereby waived off in respect of Bill of Entry, filed belatedly, which pertains for the Vessels Entry Inward on 18.12.2022 19.12.2022 3. This Public Notice shall be considered as a Standing order for the purpose of officers and staff of the Department. 4. Difficulties faced, if any, may be brought to the notice of Deputy Commissioner of Customs(Appraising Main), Chennai-II(Import) for necessary action.
