Central Excise - Amendment to CT-2 Form - Regarding Circular No. 30/89 Dated 11-5-1989 [From F. No. 214/2/89-CX.6] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Excise Customs, New Delhi Subject: Central Excise - Amendment to CT-2 Form - Regarding. Board's instructions F. No. 214/2/85-CX.6 (Circular No. 6/86-CX.6) dated 7-3-1986 under which a new format of CT-2 certificate was circulated. 2. It has been decided by the Board to incorporate the particulars of the relevant B-8 bond in the said certificate. Therefore, after Sr. No. 3 in the said CT-2 certificate the following Serial No. and entries should be incorporated, namely :- "(4) the B-8 bond executed on ........................................... for a value of Rs............................. expires on ....................... 3. Field formations may be suitably advised.
