In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, D.S. Garbyal, Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, hereby notify the Additional Liquid Cargo Jetty of M/s JNPA located at Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Village NhavaSheva, Taluka Uran, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra as a place for unloading of Liquid Cargo subject to the strict observance of the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, Rules/Regulations issued thereunder and also other instructions issued in this behalf by the Government of India, Central Board of Indirect Taxes Customs (CBIC) or Commissioner of Customs (NS-General), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, from time to time.
