In supersession of Order No. 01/2022, dated 15th March, 2022, except in respects things done or omitted to be done before this order and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, I, Ashok Kumar Meena, Commissioner of State Tax, hereby authorise to Joint Commissioner of State Tax (Range) for the purposes of first proviso to sub-rule (1) of Rule 23 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 30 under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 subject to the condition that the functions hereby assigned shall be performed only within their jurisdiction unless specific jurisdiction is mentioned there against.
