Adjudication proceedings have been initiated in all these cases as per Annexure B of the above PN 34/2023 dated 22.07.2023 . Accordingly, 1st Personal Hearing was scheduled for all cases mentioned in Annexure B on 05/06/07/08.09.2023, 01/02/07/08/09/10.11.2023, 2nd Personal Hearings was scheduled on 28/29.11.2023 and 3rd Personal Hearing was scheduled on 20/21.12.2023. 2.1 Now, as an extended opportunity i.e. a FINAL opportunity for Personal Hearing is being provided for all cases mentioned in Annexure B of the above PN 34/2023 dated 22.07.2023 on 06.03.2024 (01:00 PM to 05:00 P.M) before the Adjudicating Authority i.e., Shri Abhishck Jain, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Export Shed, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai Zone I. Individual letters intimating the schedule of Personal hearing are also being sent to all the Noticees except those who have already attended PH or intimated that they do not require a P.H. 3. Noticees are requested to submit a written reply to CRU Section or emailed at commr- cus4mum3@nic.in and present themselves before Adjudicating Authority either physically or virtually for the Personal Hearing on the appointed date. Further you also have the option to appear in person or through your authorized representative or you may attend the said P.H. on virtual mode through video conferencing. It is requested to intimate, whether you desire to be heard in person or through video conferencing. If yes, please forward the valid ID proof of the person appearing in the Virtual Hearing and his/her mobile number at least three working days prior to the date of hearing. The details of video conferencing shall be shared with you well in advance. You are requested to send the details of your email so that the link for video conferencing can be sent to you. 4. In case the personal hearing is not required, a letter conveying non requirement of personal hearing may be forwarded to the undersigned immediately through speed post or email at commr-cus4mum3@nic.in. If no representation is received on or before the said date of personal hearing, the case will be decided ex-parte based on available records/ evidence.
