DHL Express India Private Limited -reg All the Exporters in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and M.s. DHL Express India Private Limited are hereby informed that the following procedure is notified for exports by SEZ Units inorder to facilitate trade with immediate effect. 1. Exports by SEZ Units through courier shall be allowed only through Ms. DHL Express India Private Limited registered with the office of Principal Commissioner of Customs, Airport Air Cargo Commissionerate, Bengaluru. 2. The SEZ Unit shall tile Shipping Bill on the NSDL. portal with the Authorized Officer of Customs in the Special Economic Zone and Let Export Order shall be obtained by the Unit. 3. The goods shall be handed over to M/s. DHL Express India Private Limited by the SEZ Unit. 4. M/s. DHL Express India Private Limited shall pick up the shipments from the Special Economic Zone following their regular process and move the shipments to the Courier terminal through their network channel. 5. The goods for Export shall be packed separately for documents and goods, Documents and goods should not be mixed up. They should be segregated. 6. M/s. DHL at the International Courier Terminal Bengaluru shall upon receiving the goods for export record arrival details in their system and process it for exports. 7. No person shall, except with the permission of proper officer (Additional Commissioner, Courier) or in the case of specific intelligence or information with the permission of DC Special Intelligence and Investigation Branch (SIIB) of Airport and Air Cargo Commussionerate, open any package of export goods brought into the Customs area to be loaded on a flight. 8. Ms. DHL Express should produce the hard copy of Shipping Bill to Customs officer at the Courier Terminal who will give Allowed for Shipment approval on the Shipping Bill. 9. M/s DHL Express India Private Limited shall process the goods for export after obtaining Allowed for Shipment from the customs officer. 10. Any export goods brought into customs area for export purpose which have not been exported within seven days of arrival of such goods into such area or within such extended period as permitted by the proper officer in case of delay due to such reasons which the proper officer considers to be beyond the control of Mos. DHL Express India Private Limited and Exporter, may be detained by the proper officer. Upon written request by the exporter, AC/DC in charge of Courier customs may allow Back to Town permission or M/s. DHL Express may sell or dispose the consignments as per extant Guidelines after issuing notice to Exporter. Further, every quarter. MS DHL will submit a report having details of consignments not exported to the ADC (Courier) and copy to Principal Commissioner Customs Airport and Air Cargo Commissionerate. 11. Airlines shall file the EGM after goods are loaded into the Aircraft. M/s. DHL Express India Private Limited shall share the EGM details to SEZ unit for closing the EGM in NSDL portal.
