Knowledge hub is an integrated system in Insight Portal for Knowledge Management. The objective of Knowledge Hub is to leverage machine learning in organizing, creating, sharing, and using and managing organisation knowledge for getting the right knowledge to the right person at the right time. 3. The key components of knowledge hub are: i-Wiki: Collaborative collection of online web pages (articles) which can be browsed (tree structure) and edited by users i-Library: Collaborative collection of documents which can be searched, downloaded, shared and rated on the basis of their usefulness i-Forum: Collaborative environment for employees to share thoughts and resources on important topics i-Query: Collaborative environment for employees who seek assistance and support 4. Insight Knowledge Hub can be accessed by clicking on Knowledge Hub menu item on the top menu bar as well as right menu bar on the Insight Portal. Insight Portal can be accessed by entering the Insight Portal URL (https://insight.gov.in) in the browser on a computer connected to TAXNET. The key functionalities of Knowledge hub are given in Annexure A. The User Guide on Insight Knowledge Hub is available under the link to Resources module available on the top menu bar of Insight Portal. 5.
