The Central Board of Direct taxes, in exercise of its powers under section 138(1)(a) of Income- tax Act, 1961 ( Act ) and in partial modification of its earlier order dated 21.07.2020, hereby directs that following agency is inserted in the said order at SI. No. 11 of Para 1: 11. State Police Agencies as notified by the Central Government in connection with NATGRID project 2. To facilitate the process of furnishing and receiving information, Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ) entered between Director General of Income-tax (Systems) and NATGRID shall be suitably amended to include the State Police Agencies notified by the Central Government in connection with NATGRID Project. 3. A copy of amended MoU shall be forwarded to this division for record purposes. 4. All other contents of the said order will remain unchanged. -Sd- (Prajna Paramita) Director to the Government of India
