The accounting of L.P.G. in R.G. 1 should be made on the basis of its weight when packed in unit containers, viz. cylinders, tank lorries etc. However, since in case of L.P.G. supplied through pipeline, the accounting of L.P.G. on weight basis would not be possible, the devices adopted by the various refineries for measuring the clearance of L.P.G. through pipeline can be accepted for the purposes of R.G. 1.
