Amendments in Handbook of Procedures Vol I TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART-I, SECTION-I) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 06/2009-14 NEW DELHI : THE 4th September, 2009 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures Vol I: I. In para III of Appendix 14-I-H, the following shall be inserted: "(d) For the purpose of sub-para 6.9(e) of FTP, the relevant Ministry of Finance Notifications are: 1.
