Kindly refer to Board's Circular No. 681/72/2002-CX, dated 12-12-2002 [2003 (151) E.L.T. T4] on the above subject. 2. Circular No. referred in Para 4 of the above mentioned Circular may be read as 355/71/97-CX instead of 355/77/97-CX. 3. Circular No. referred in Para 5 of the above mentioned circular may be read as 643/34/2002-CX instead of 643/34/2001-CX. 4. This Corrigendum may be brought to the notice of the field formations 5. Suitable Trade Notice be issued for the benefit of the Trade. 6. Receipt of these instructions may be acknowledged.
