CESTAT - Listing of regular/misc, matters at New Delhi , revised Order No. 7 of 2009 Dated 4-8-2009 With reference to order No. 03 of 2009, it is hereby clarified that all the miscellaneous matters and petitions filed in the pending Excise appeals for the year 2006 as well as in all Customs appeals shall be listed before the Division Bench of Hon'ble Mr. D.N. Panda, Member (Judicial) and Hon'ble Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Member (Technical), whereas all such matters in relation to other Excise appeals and in all Service Tax appeals shall be listed before the Division Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.M.S. Khandeparkar, President, and Hon'ble Mr. M. Veeraiyan, Member (Technical), along with regular appeals. [CESTAT Order No. 7 of 2009, dated 4-8-2009]
