Circular Number: NIL File Number: 220/4/2007-ITA-II Dated 30/10/2007 Extension of due date for obtaining tax audit report in the State of Bihar In continuation of the order of even number dated 8th October, 2007, the Central Board of Direct Taxes, in exercise of powers conferred under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, hereby extends the due date for obtaining tax audit report under section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, from 31-10-2007 to 31-12-2007, in the case of income-tax assessees in the State of Bihar.
