submission of correct reports - Income Tax - 138/CBDT

INSTRUCTION NO 138/CBDT, Dated: January 14, 1970 Letter F.No.DI(INV)/IW-Misc(3)/69-70/6568, dated 19-12-69 of the DI(Inv) New Delhi on the above subject refers. The complaints filed in February and August 1969 have been reported in the month of November, 1969. This is obviously wrong for statistical purposes. On the basis of C.I.T. earlier reports, the information has been furnished to Parliament. It is therefore, requested that the CsIT should ensure submission of correct reports in future.
