Staff sanctioned for survey. - Income Tax - 359/CBDT

INSTRUCTION NO. 359/CBDT December: 15, 1971 Reference is invited to the Minutes of the Commissioner's Conference held in August, 1971 circulated under Board's letter No. 385/78/71-IT(B) dated 21st October, 1971. 2. The Chairman impressed on the conference that the staff sanctioned specifically for survey should not be utilised for any other purpose and if this is being done, then they should be diverted back to the survey work. It is requested that the decision may please be implemented without any further delay and compliance thereof intimated to the Board.
