Intimation by candidate for election Intimation by candidate for election [ Section 21 of FCRA, 2010 read with Rule 18 of FC(R) Rules 2011 ] Every candidate for election, who had received any foreign contribution, at any time within 180 days immediately preceding the date on which he is duly nominated as such candidate, shall furnished i n Form FC-1 in electronics form within 45 days from the date on which he is duly nominated as a candidate for election Such an intimation to the Central Government or prescribed authority or both as to the amount of foreign contribution received by him, the source from which, and the manner in which, such foreign contribution was received and the purposes for which and the manner in which such foreign contribution was utilized by him.
