Miscellaneous Provisions Act not to apply to certain Government transactions [ Section 51 of FCRA, 2010 ] Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to any transaction between the Government of India and the Government of any foreign country or territory. Application of other laws not barred [ Section 52 of FCRA, 2010 ] The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.
