Article 28 - Member of Diplomatic Missions And Consular Posts As per OECD Model Tax Conventions Nothing in this Convention shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements. As per UN Model Tax Conventions Article 28 of the United Nations Model Convention reproduces Article 28 of the OECD Model Convention.
