Housing Project - Definition / Legal Terminology - Income Tax

For the purposes of section 80IBA(6)(d) of the Income tax Act 1961, Housing Project means- a project consisting predominantly of residential units with such other facilities and amenities as the competent authority may approve subject to the provisions of this section;
