Occupancy certificate - SEBI Ready Reckoner - SEBI

As per regulation 2(1)(za) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 , unless the context otherwise requires,- Occupancy certificate means- a completion certificate, or such other certificate, as the case may be, issued by the competent authority permitting occupation of any property under any law for the time being in force;
