Inland Container Depot sector specific Special Economic Zone for power sector at Plot No. B-2, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), WaroraGrowthCenter, Warora, District Chandrapur, Maharashtra - S.O. 2158(E) - Special Economic ZoneExtract Inland Container Depot sector specific Special Economic Zone for power sector at Plot No. B-2, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Warora Growth Center , Warora, District Chandrapur, Maharashtra NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 3rd September, 2008 S.O. 2158(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 3rd day of September, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for power sector at Plot No. B-2, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Warora Growth Center, Warora, District Chandrapur, Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s. Wardha Power Company Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. [No.F. 1/262/2007-SEZ] ANIL MUKIM, Jt. Secy.
